I have been a wife since 2014 and mother since 2021. When I went through my own pregnancy journey, I had to find my voice and learn to stand up for my wants and needs. But there were still many things that my husband and I did not know about when it came to being truly informed about our choices.
I found out that my baby girl was presenting in a breech position at 37 weeks and I felt hopeless as the dreams I had for my birth disappeared when a cesarean birth was the only option that was given to me.
I do not ever want another mama and their partner to feel hopeless. I want them to know that they do have options and that they do not have to be alone when making a choice.
I want to help other mamas to find their inner strength, trust their intuition, and know that they do have a voice that matters. My goal is to share unbiased information that is evidence-based, so mamas can feel empowered about their choices!
