Lacey Ramirez
Lacey Ramirez, Mindful Birth & Yoga
Lacey found her passion for birth when she was pregnant with her first daughter. Before enrolling in prenatal teacher training, she was terrified of giving birth. But through yoga, she discovered tools and techniques to help manage stress and anxiety through the end of pregnancy, labor, and birth. After an empowering unmedicated birth, she signed up for doula training to share with others all that she had learned about mindfulness and birth.
As a doula, Lacey offers guidance on how to use movement, mindfulness, and meditation to approach birth and early parenting calmly and fearlessly. She offers a grounding, confident presence for clients and their loved ones through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
In addition to birth work and yoga, Lacey’s background is in global maternal health, and she earned her Master’s from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Lacey also loves speaking French, baking cookies, and writing in coffee shops. She is now a mother to two children with uniquely transformative birth stories.
