Hi, my name is Andrea Stone with Your Birth Empowered, LLC.
After finding out I was pregnant, I went on a deep dive to find ALL the information that I could relating to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and taking care of babies. I quickly discovered that the information I was discovering was not “common knowledge” and when speaking with my friends (most existing parents) they were shocked they had a choice in so many things in their pregnancy.
I trusted that my body was designed to have this baby and that he would come when we were both ready. I delivered my sweet boy at home with my husband and doula, midwife was on the way, at 41+1 weeks.
I knew that from that moment on, I wanted to help mommas be educated, confident, and empowered by their birthing experience. You deserve the birth you desire. And I want to stand by your side, supporting you and helping you to advocate for the you and your baby.
