My name is Amanda and I am a faith-based and holistic minded birth doula serving the St. Louis area, including parts of St. Charles, Madison, St. Clair, Franklin, and Jefferson counties.
I am a wife and mom of two--my oldest born in hospital and youngest born in the comfort of home. My passion for birth work started from my personal birth experiences and grew as I’ve had the honor of supporting many families over the last few years!
I became a doula to empower and educate mommas and their partners and to help them to let go of their fears surrounding birth. I believe that birth can be more than something that just ‘happens’ to you- and I want to give you the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support and evidence-based information you need in deciding what’s best for you and your family! Every labor is unique and birth and pregnancy isn’t one-size-fits all, so my support is very individualized and focused on what you need.
