I have been a doula for over a year now, and what I have experienced has changed the direction of my life. Birth is a powerful and transforming experience that leaves its participants in awe. I believe that my role as a doula is to ensure you and your loved ones are prepared for this incredible journey, and to walk with you through it. Because I have been down this road before and have been well trained by Kim Amos (a long-time Dona Doula Trainer and St. Louis Birth Educator), I can offer encouragement, perspective, and support. Couples in the past have been grateful for the stories I can tell about what to expect (or not), ideas for positional changes, the presence of another set of hands, and the genuine praise, love, and respect I bring to the space. After attending one more birth, I will be DONA certified.

My birth fee includes 2-3 prenatal visits (which can include accompaniment to a doctor's visit), call/text/email support pre- and post-birth, support through part of early labor, active labor, and delivery, support establishing breastfeeding, 1 post-birth visit, and a written story of the birth.
I would love to talk further with you about your birth vision and to answer any questions you might have about me, my services, or birth. Feel free to text/call/email anytime!
