Welcome! I offer birth preparation & education inspired by instinctive and holistic philosophies of birth and parenting. I am a homeschooling mother of 3 wildlings, a post-partum & birth doula in-training, and a conscious health & wellness being.
I am certified through HypnoBirthing International to teach birth prep & education. My personal path to birth work began with my own journey through unplanned cesarean birth and two subsequent and transformational homebirth VBACs.
I offer group classes or private one-on-one classes, that can be adapted and personalized to your unique circumstance and needs.
I believe that our birthing experiences are the thresholds through which we learn to embody the instincts and abilities, along with the trust in ourselves, that equip us with the courage and assurance needed for confident parenting.
